As a Senior Product Manager at Disney Entertainment, I led the product management of innovative Data Products that drove a global enterprise’s full portfolio of consumer-facing products. These products encompassed subscriber analytics, ad tech, finance costing, people management, legal and compliance, and global launches.
During my tenure, I managed the operational process and delivered tools for product strategy, planning, delivery, and financial reporting within the film, TV, and OTT streaming domains. I thoroughly reviewed over 200vproducts, assessing their business value, resource capacity and capability, and approved them for development intake and launch.
Some notable projects I successfully oversaw included the implementation of Acquisition Enablement Features, Lifecycle and Engagement Metrics, Ads Monetizable Hours, Experimentation Automation, Hulu on Disney+, International Tiering of Content, Content First Streams Analytics, Global Taste Based Segmentation of Users, Cost Optimization, and Video Player Optimization.
Throughout my role, I took ownership of the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle workflow. This involved defining comprehensive business cases and user stories, ensuring rapid delivery, and successfully launching products within an Agile environment.
